Cocktail recipe Taiga tea
- Place 30 ml of honey, a cinnamon stick broken in halves and 1 clove into a milk pitcher
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters and 150 ml of boiling water
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Fine strain into irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground nutmeg
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig
