How to Make the Exotic Grog
- Place finely-chopped wedges of orange, lemon and apple into an irish coffee glass
- Add 2 cloves, a pinch of ground cinnamon and ground black pepper
- Pour in 15 ml of passion fruit syrup, 15 ml of coconut syrup and 40 ml of white rum
- Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a kiwi wheel
