Cocktail recipe The graduate
- Place 30 mint leaves into an irish coffee glass
- Pour in 30 ml of tangerine syrup and 40 ml of scotch whisky
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
- Top up with hot sencha tea and stir gently
- Garnish with mint leaves
