Cocktail recipe High noon
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 2 dried plums, 3 cloves into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup, 20 ml of creme de cassis liqueur and 40 ml of vodka
- Squeeze orange zest
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with tawny port and crushed ice
- Garnish with orange zest and a sprig of mint
