How to Make the Berry Pimms
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 cucumber wheels, 2 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of honey syrup, 20 ml of lemongrass syrup, 25 ml of raspberry vodka and 25 ml of blackcurrant vodka
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with sprite and stir gently
- Garnish with a half of strawberry and a cucumber slice
