Strawberry puree	30	g
Strawberry	20	g

Ice cubes	320	g

Cocktail recipe Devil's kiss

Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
Place a chili pepper wheel into a shaker and muddle
Add 6 bar spoons of strawberry puree
Pour in 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of honey syrup and 50 ml of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig
