How to Make the Purple Haze
- Place a slice of ginger root, 6 bar spoons of bilberries, a quarter of lime into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 20 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
