How to Make the Tropical Margarita
- Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
- Make a wide cut across a lemon grass stalk and several smaller cuts and lower the stalk into the glass
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 20 ml of coconut liqueur and 30 ml of silver tequila
- Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
- Top up with sprite and stir gently with the lemon grass stalk
