Agave syrup	15	ml
Lime juice	10	ml
Peach puree	50	g
Lime	20	g
Ground black pepper	2	g
Ice cubes	400	g

Cocktail recipe Peach margarita with pepper

Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 10 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of agave syrup and 40 ml of silver tequila
Add a pinch of ground black pepper
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the goblet glass
Garnish with a lime wedge
