How to Make the Fairy Tale
- Place 1/3 of a chopped lemon grass stalk into a shaker and muddle
- Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry jam
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice and 20 ml of gin
- Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a shot glass
- Garnish with a raspberry on a lemon grass stalk
