How to Make the Fruit Blazer
- Place chopped orange zest, a chopped apple wedge and 1 green grape into a cognac glass
- Pour in 20 ml of southern comfort, 20 ml of cinnamon liqueur and 5 ml of amaretto liqueur
- Place the cognac glass onto a rocks glass and set the cocktail on fire
- As the cocktail burns, turn the cognac glass
- In 30 seconds, pour the cocktail into the rocks glass
- Drink in one gulp
