Cocktail recipe Spanish gold
- Place a cinnamon stick, 3 chopped apple wedges, lemon and orange zest into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 50 ml of apple juice, 100 ml of dry white wine and 50 ml of drambuie
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with lemon and orange zests
