How to Make the Apple Mulled Wine
- Place a small apple wedge into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 15 ml of honey and 150 ml of dry red wine
- Add 1 bar spoon of vanilla granulated sugar, orange and lemon zests, 3 cloves, a star anise and a cinnamon stick
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with apple peel
