Cocktail recipe Zwack and soda
- Pour 25 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of zwack unicum into a highball glass
- Flame with culinary torch oils from 1 lemon zest and 2 orange zests over the glass
- Fill the glass with crushed ice
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a cucumber stripe and a mint sprig
