Cocktail recipe Frankenstein
- Fill a sling glass half-way with crushed ice and add 5 mint leaves
- Top up with ice
- Place a quarter of chopped cucumber into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 15 ml of lychee liqueur, 15 ml of limoncello and 45 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of cucumber
