Cocktail recipe Frankenstein

• Fill a sling glass half-way with crushed ice and add 5 mint leaves
• Top up with ice
• Place a quarter of chopped cucumber into a shaker and muddle
• Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 15 ml of lychee liqueur, 15 ml of limoncello and 45 ml of gin
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Fine strain into the sling glass
• Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of cucumber
