Cocktail recipe Royal mojito
- Place 5 mint leaves into a red wine glass
- Fill the red wine glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 25 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of white rum
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig
