Cocktail recipe Mint lemonade
- A one-liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place 30 mint leaves into a blender
- Pour in 50 ml of sugar syrup and 60 ml of lime juice
- Blend without ice and pour into the pitcher
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with red basil leaves
