How to Make the Take Me Home
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 20 ml of lime juice and 40 ml of vodka
- Add 3 bar spoons of raspberry purée and fill to the top with ginger beer
- Carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Place 5 leaves of green basil, a pinch of lecithin, and 30 ml of milk into the blender
- Blend until foamy
- Garnish the cocktail with the resulting foam and mint leaves
