Cocktail recipe Thai sling
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place the pulp of a watermelon wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of lemongrass syrup and 40 ml of citrus vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with a small watermelon wedge on a cocktail skewer
