How to Make the Toreador Margarita
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 25 ml of apricot liqueur and 50 ml of silver tequila into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with lemon, orange and lime zests
