Cocktail recipe Ginger passion
- Place the pulp of 1.5 passion fruit, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Add 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a quarter of passion fruit
