Cocktail recipe Oryzae Sour
- Make 20 ml of cucumber juice and pour it into the shaker
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice and 20 ml of almond syrup
- Add in 20 ml of homemade chickpea water and 45 ml of sake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with 5 dashes of umami bitters and thyme
