Cocktail recipe Umfazi

• Pour 20 ml of homemade lemon sherbet and 40 ml of homemade juniper vermouth into the mixing glass
• Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters, 10 ml of gold rum, and 20 ml of London dry gin
• Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and carefully stir with a bar spoon
• Strain the cocktail into a bottle
• Place the lime zest into the smoker
• Place the bottle and the cocktail glass under the lid and smoke them for several minutes
• Garnish with homemade grapeseed oil with dill using a pipette
