Cocktail recipe Rum and ginger beer
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 15 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of gold rum
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with lime zest
