Watermelon Cobbler

Cocktail recipe Watermelon cobbler

• Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
• Place the pulp of a watermelon wedge into a shaker and muddle
• Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of vodka
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Fine strain into the rocks glass
• Top up with sprite and stir gently
• Top up with crushed ice
• Garnish with a piece of watermelon on a cocktail skewer and a mint sprig
