Cocktail recipe Fargo

• Cut the top of a sweet bell pepper and remove its seeds
• Fill the pepper to the top with crushed ice
• Place a half of another sweet bell pepper, 10 chopped coriander leaves into a shaker and muddle
• Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of vodka
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Fine strain into the pepper
• Top up with crushed ice
• Garnish with a coriander sprig
