| Quail egg white | 25 | ml |

| Caster sugar | 3 | g |
| Ice cubes | 200 | g |

Cocktail recipe Evergreen fizz
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 15 ml of lemon juice, 5 ml of blue curacao liqueur, 20 ml of melon liqueur and 50 ml of gin into a shaker
- Add 1/2 bar spoon of caster sugar
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Pour with ice into a milkshake sundae glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with 2 lemon wedges
