How to Make the Parkside Fizz
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 10 mint leaves into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of almond syrup and 60 ml of citrus vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig
