Cocktail recipe Dutch courage
- Place 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a copper mug
- Top up with crushed ice
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice and 50 ml of jenever
- Add 3 dashes of clove bitters
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
