Cocktail recipe The spirit of '57
- Pour 10 ml of lime juice, 35 ml of orange juice, 15 ml of mandarine liqueur and 35 ml of vodka into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of peach bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with wedges of carambola and dragon fruit, orange zest and a pineapple leaf on a cocktail skewer
