Cocktail recipe A night in Tunisia
- Pour 10 ml of grapefruit juice, 20 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of red vermouth, 10 ml of apricot liqueur and 40 ml of vodka into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Add absinthe and set in on fire
- As the cocktail burns, squeeze orange zest over it and add a little bit of ground cinnamon
- Wait until absinthe burns down and drink
