How to Make the Samoan Fog Cutter

• Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
• Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 80 ml of orange juice, 20 ml of almond syrup, 30 ml of fino sherry, 25 ml of cherry liqueur, 30 ml of gin and 40 ml of white rum into a shaker
• Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Strain into the sling glass
• Garnish with orange zest, a maraschino cherry and pineapple leaves
