Cocktail recipe Persona
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 3 mango slices into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice and 10 ml of ginger syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Top up with sprite and stir gently
- Garnish with a mango slice and a mint sprig
