How to Make the French Daiquiri
- Place 3 mint leaves into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of cognac
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a mint leaf
