    Cocktail recipe In the mood for love

    • Place 2 blackberries, 2 strawberries, 1 bar spoon of bilberries and 5 mint leaves and into a red wine glass
    • Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle
    • Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
    • Pour in 10 ml of lime juice and 50 ml of white rum
    • Top up with champagne and stir gently
    • Top up with crushed ice
    • Garnish with raspberries, bilberries and redcurrants
