Cocktail recipe In the mood for love
- Place 2 blackberries, 2 strawberries, 1 bar spoon of bilberries and 5 mint leaves and into a red wine glass
- Add 2 bar spoons of granulated sugar and muddle
- Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice and 50 ml of white rum
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with raspberries, bilberries and redcurrants
