Cocktail recipe Moulin Rouge
- Place 6 bar spoons of raspberry puree and 10 bar spoons of lychee puree into a mixing glass
- Add 10 ml of calvados and 75 ml of champagne
- Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into a chilled flute glass
- Garnish with 2 raspberries on 2 cocktail skewers
