Cocktail recipe New New York
- Place 5 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of sugar syrup, 15 ml of dry vermouth and 50 ml of gin
- Add 5 ml of orange flower water and 3 dashes of rhubarb bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Pour in 5 ml of club soda and squeeze lemon zest over the cocktail
