Cocktail recipe French 75
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup and 30 ml of gin into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled flute glass
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with lemon zest and a maraschino cherry
