Cocktail recipe Samurai
- One sake set is enough for about 5 portions
- Place a slice of ginger root into a milk pitcher and muddle
- Pour in 100 ml of jasmine tea, 10 ml of honey syrup, 10 ml of vanilla syrup and 100 ml of sake
- Stir while heating but do not bring to the boil
- Fine strain into a sake set
- Serve in a sake cup with rose petals
