Cocktail recipe Grapefruit lemonade
- A one-liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Pour 20 ml of ginger root juice, 20 ml of sugar syrup, 25 ml of green apple syrup, 25 ml of honey syrup and 250 ml of grapefruit juice into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the pitcher
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a grapefruit wheel
