Cocktail recipe East meets West

• Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
• Place seeds from a half of pomegranate, 10 mint leaves into a mixing glass and muddle
• Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup, 5 ml of vanilla syrup and 50 ml of bourbon
• Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
• Fine strain into the rocks glass
• Top up with crushed ice
• Garnish with mint leaves and a small pomegranate wedge
• Use julep strainer to make the cocktail easier to drink
