Cocktail recipe East meets West
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place seeds from a half of pomegranate, 10 mint leaves into a mixing glass and muddle
- Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of honey syrup, 5 ml of vanilla syrup and 50 ml of bourbon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Fine strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint leaves and a small pomegranate wedge
- Use julep strainer to make the cocktail easier to drink
