How to Make the Perfect Continuous
- Place 3 strawberries into a blender
- Pour in 40 ml of heavy cream, 20 ml of strawberry syrup, 20 ml of caramel syrup, 40 ml of irish cream liqueur and 30 ml of white rum
- Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
- Pour into a highball glass
- Garnish with a strawberry
