How to Make the Spirited Away
- Place 2 slices of ginger root, 2 rosemary sprigs into a highball glass and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of green apple syrup, 10 ml of spiced syrup and 40 ml of vodka
- Top up with sprite and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with an orange wheel, a rosemary sprig and a lemon wedge
