How to Make the Trans-Siberian Express
- Place a slice of ginger root, 2 bar spoons of sea buckthorn jam into a highball glass and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 50 ml of vodka
- Top up with orange juice and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Place the highball on a tea glass holder and garnish it with a rosemary sprig and an orange wheel
