How to Make the Rouge
- Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 50 ml of lychee liqueur and 40 ml of vanilla vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
