Homemade vanilla vodka	40	ml
Sugar syrup	15	ml
Still water	5	ml
Milk	5	ml
Philadelphia cheese	5	g
Raspberry puree	25	g
Ice cubes	200	g

Cocktail glass	1	piece
Bar spoon	1	piece
Shaker	1	piece
Strainer	1	piece
Jigger	1	piece
Cream whipper	1	piece

Cocktail recipe Raspberry cheesecake

Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
Pour in 15 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of vanilla vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
Place 1 bar spoon of philadelphia cheese into a cream whipper
Pour in 5 ml of milk and 5 ml of still water
Close the cream whipper and froth 3-4 times
Garnish the cocktail with creamy foam from the whipper
