| Raspberry puree | 25 | g |

Cocktail recipe Raspberry cheesecake
- Place 5 bar spoons of raspberry puree into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of vanilla vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
- Place 1 bar spoon of philadelphia cheese into a cream whipper
- Pour in 5 ml of milk and 5 ml of still water
- Close the cream whipper and froth 3-4 times
- Garnish the cocktail with creamy foam from the whipper
