How to Make the Pan's Labyrinth
- Place a maraschino cherry into a chilled cocktail glass and pour in 20 ml of lychee liqueur
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of pineapple juice, 20 ml of blue curacao liqueur and 30 ml of vodka into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the cocktail glass
- Add a bit of crushed ice
