How to Make the Tequila Smash
- Place 5 mint leaves, 3 lemon wedges into a rocks glass and muddle
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 20 ml of sugar syrup, 50 ml of silver tequila and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint leaf
