Cocktail recipe Normand smash
- Place 10 mint leaves and a quarter of lime into a highball glass and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 20 ml of sugar syrup and 40 ml of calvados
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint sprig
