How to Make the Sad Romance
- Place a half of peeled and chopped kiwi, a tarragon sprig into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 10 ml of lime juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of apple juice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Pour with ice into a highball glass
- Top up with sprite and stir gently
- Garnish with a kiwi wheel and a tarragon sprig
